Griswold Nutrition is the local spot in Jewett City to get protein shakes and energizing teas. Every single beverage that goes out the door is made with love and pride, knowing that they do their best to help educate and cater to each individual’s personal needs.

The business was established late winter of 2022, by owners Cameron Glaude and Daycy Nammachack. The young entrepreneurs came into the Slater Mill inspired by their successful neighboring businesses, who also promote healthy lifestyles, and could not resist joining the cause.
